Cancellation Policy

All bookings for peak periods (September, Christmas & Easter school holidays plus all long weekends) cancelled less than 90 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable and cannot be amended .

All other bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable and cannot be amended. 

All other cancellations and booking amendments will incur a $25 administration fee.

No refunds for early departure
